職缺說明

一、承攬商安全衛生管理文件審核

• 督導承攬商工具箱會議之執行品質與內容適切性。

• 審核承攬商提交之危害辨識、施工風險評估、風險分析文件及高風險作業申請，確保風險辨識完整及控制措施合理。

• 審核承攬商安全溝通與施工文件，提出改善建議。

二、執行工地安全聯合巡檢及工地安全督導

• 督導及抽查工地安全衛生巡查作業，確認缺失判斷之正確性與風險嚴重度。

• 彙整缺失改善狀況，追蹤改善進度。

• 針對重大及重複缺失擬定輔導計畫。

• 執行承攬商安全衛生管理輔導。

三、安全衛生輔導與人員培育

• 指導現場同仁提升風險判斷、現場溝通及承攬商管理能力。

四、事故調查與法規因應

• 督導承攬商事故調查報告之撰寫與分析。

• 協助因應主管機關（勞檢單位）檢查與相關安全衛生業務聯繫。

五、協調與制度優化

• 參與工地內安全衛生及跨單位協調會議。

• 協助建立或優化承攬商安全衛生管理制度、流程或標準作業文件。

六、其他主管交辦之安全衛生相關事項。

應徵資格

必備證照：施工安全評估人員、營造業甲種勞工安全衛生業務主管或以上

其他條件：

• 具職業安全衛生相關專業知識

• 具3-5年營造工程相關經驗工作經驗者佳

• 具備良好的中文溝通及寫作能力，能以簡單英文溝通者為佳。

工作安排：

• 此職缺為日班排班制，可能需於假日或週末配合出勤。每日正常工時8小時，每週正常工時40小時，實際上、下班時間依排班表規定。

• 此職缺為定期勞動契約（Fixed-term Contract），屬專案性質，契約期間將視專案需求及執行情形簽訂，本專案預計總期間約36個月。
