For this exceptional setting, we are looking for a leadership personality who can create atmosphere, lead people, and make quality tangible in an authentic way.
What you can look forward to:
Start date from July or by mutual agreement

Qualifications:
What sets you apart:
You have completed vocational training in hospitality and/or gastronomy and have several years of experience in a comparable leadership role
You know how to inspire and motivate your team, supporting their development through effective training and by encouraging individual achievements
You demonstrate a high level of quality and service awareness with a clear focus on the guest experience
You possess strong organizational skills and work in a structured, independent manner
You have solid business acumen and experience working with key figures (budgeting, cost of goods, payroll costs)
You enjoy balancing administrative responsibilities with direct guest interaction
You are flexible, adaptable, and bring innovative ideas to the table
You are fluent in German and English
