We are now looking for a Quality and Assurance Inspector to join our Quality Team located in Zuidland and is responsible for ensuring that all repair, overhaul, andmaintenance activities carried out on reciprocating (piston) compressors meet the company’s quality standards, customer requirements, and relevant industry regulations. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding product integrity, verifying compliance, and supporting continuous improvement within workshop and field operations.

What Will You Do?

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Reducing cost of poor quality by detecting issues early n the process

  • Ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory and customer requirements, minimizing compliance risks and supporting successful audits

  • Focussingon product quality to make certain that there will be fewer complaints, improved delivery reliability, stronger customer trust which will help our long-term business growth

  • Identifying deviations in maintenance process flows early in order to minimize downtime

  • Delivering structured inspections and reporting which will give us valuable insights that enable targeted improvements and smarter decision-making

What will you bring?

Job Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery and/or engineering degree

  • Knowledge and experience with ISO9001

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including drawing and specifications.

  • Analytical skills: strong ability to analyze inspection data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Problem solving: Ability to assess quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Continuous improvement mindset: Proactive and practicalpersonality with a strong sense of ownership, customer focus, and willingness to learn and develop.

  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating across multiple departments.

  • Ability to communicate in Dutch and English in a professional working environment

  • Monthly gross base salary between €3.500,- and €5.000,- for a 40 hour work week (Actual offer will depend on exprience, knowledge and working background.)
