全面负责管理酒店的所有项目财务运作业务。
对资金结算，业务的资金划拨，进行审核监督。
协调与代销机构、托管银行、资金结算银行等外部机构以及酒店其他部门的业务往来。
负责酒店的资本运作，融资管理，完善酒店治理并加以推行实施。
配合高层工作，以及开展IPO工作。
