Key Responsibilities
Execute assigned tasks and deliverables according to established processes and guidelines
Work on well-defined problems with limited scope, escalating issues when needed
Assist in implementation, testing, validation, or support activities for products or projects
Analyze basic issues, identify root causes, and propose straightforward solutions
Document work, results, and findings clearly and accurately
Collaborate with peers and receive regular technical guidance from senior team members
Follow quality, security, and compliance standards defined by the organization
Scope & Complexity
Problems are routine to moderately complex
Work is typically component-level, not system-level
Decisions are made within clearly defined procedures and reviewed by senior engineers
Collaboration & Interaction
Regular interaction with immediate team members
Limited cross-functional interaction, usually guided
Minimal or indirect customer exposure (if applicable to the job family)
Skills & Experience
Foundational knowledge of tools, technologies, and methodologies used in the job family
Ability to follow technical specifications and test plans
Developing troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong willingness to learn and accept feedback
