Are you looking to contribute your technical expertise in wet chemicals applications processes in the semiconductor industry to solve customer challenges and grow yourself in a people leadership role? The SLS (Scientific & Laboratory Services) Senior Manager is responsible for delivery of high standard solving our semi-con’s customers' issues by investigation root cause analysis.

This position is part of the Pall MicroElectronic Group and SLS (Scientific & Laboratory Services) team and will be located in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The incumbent will be in-charge in providing technical support to MicroElectronic customers to achieve sales growth as well managing the Taiwan SLS team which consist of a team of Technical support and Lab Support in Taiwan, and South East Asia (SEA) SLS .

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide technical support to MicroElectronic customers to achieve sales growth.

• Present or generate data to support Pall solutions to close sales opportunities, troubleshoot filter performance issues by investigating root cause of the problem, providing product/application presentation

• Managing the Taiwan SLS team which consist of a team of Technical support and Lab Support and South East Asia (SEA) SLS

• Lead TS team (and functional teams) to provide technical support to identify root cause of Customer Product Performance Issues across product and application areas.

• Focus of this position is WEC (Wet Etch Chemical) application in semiconductor process, especially for advanced node in TSMC

• Interact with customers to solve technical issues, to make test plan and write report with clear conclusion, work with sales to close filter sales opportunity; obtain technical VoC for filter needs; provide technical seminars

The requirements of the job include:

• Degree or Advanced degrees (MSc, PhD) in chemistry or engineering.

• Good Proficiency in English communication skills to interact with regional colleagues (besides the local language).

• 3-5 years of technical experience in the semiconductor industry (fab, material supplier, OEM) with knowledge in Semicon advanced WEC process.

• Good knowledge of wet chemicals applications in semiconductors processes

• Good stakeholder management both internal and external

• Excellent report writing and communication skills

• Nice to have people management experience.
