1、制定本部门预防性维修保养计划有效保障酒店设备、设施安全经济运行完好。 2、掌握当班能源消耗及维修费用，确保酒店最大限度的节能、节支。 3、推行节能运行计划的实施和运行维修费用预算的控制。 4、协助分析工程项目报价单，亲临现场检查施工与工程进度。 5、协助工程部经理做好消防，安全工作。 6、协助建立完整的设备技术档案和维修档案。
1、中转以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。 3、能充分领会工程部经理的经营意识，能组织和指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。 4、有强烈的事业心与责任心和配合精神，秉公办事，不谋私利。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。
