岗位职责 1. 完成领班交办的任务 2. 按规定路线、顺序巡视，做到四勤（勤查、勤看、勤听、勤问）发现可疑情况及时通报。 3. 巡视期间遇客人主动打招呼、问好，并热情积极提供服务。 4. 巡视期间无关人员进入客房区域，应主动上前问明情况，礼貌劝离，对重点部位，可藏异物的角落仔细检查，注意听各房间内是否有异常声音，闻是否有异味，注意发现可疑人、物，如发现犯罪分子，应采取妥善措施并及时上报。 5. 注意查看各部位消防安全设施是否完好，如有问题及时上报。
岗位要求 1、初中以上学历 2、身体健康，能适应倒班 3、处理事情要迅速，果断、准确 4、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识 5、退伍军人优先
