Overview

Clinical RN Manager, Personal Care - We are offering a $6,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).

Full-time, Daylight 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Located in Zelienople, PA.

The Manager, Clinical RN, maintains overall responsibility for coordinating the total management of the designated PC or Nursing households. This management includes, but is not limited to, health care services, supervising, QAPI opportunities and regulatory compliance. Responsible for creating a balance between an efficient health care department and a home environment.

Qualifications

Clinical RN Manager, Personal Care qualifications include:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing and possessing a current Registered Nurse license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Or a Bachelor’s Degree related to healthcare administration preferred.

  • A minimum of three years of recent clinical experience required, two years within the long term care, PC setting preferred. Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.
