Adecco US, Inc. Packaging Operator in Zebulon, North Carolina
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Packaging Operator to support pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing operations. This role requires mechanical aptitude, data accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of pharmaceutical or manufacturing experience
Ability to lift and handle up to 40 lbs
Ability to work up to 12.5‑hour shifts as required
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
Mechanically inclined; ability to learn equipment operation and read gauges/instrumentation
Experience with data analysis and accuracy
Knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP, DELTA, DISY, Active Plant, IP21, Free Weigh, or HMIs
Data entry experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Comfortable working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to training requirements
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift as required
Ability to wear required PPE (gloves, eye protection, protective clothing)
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and regulated materials

Pay: $ 19.50
Shift: 05:30pm-06:00am 2/2/3 schedule or Sun-Thursday 11:00pm-07:30am 3rd shift

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
