Mars Project Manager, P&O Re-Imagination in Zaventem, Belgium

Locations: London, Brussels, Europe
This role will work directly with P&O Leadership team and Chief People office for Petcare to support key team priorities and focus areas and create a strong link with key Initiatives, such as P&O Reimagination.
This role will ensure orchestration of planning, design and delivery phases of the P&O Re-Imagination project (approximately 70% of the time). This role will work on driving agenda, priorities and key Initiatives of PetCare POLT, providing liaison between the project and day-to-day deliverables.
This role will be Instrumental to deliver on priorities of POLT, will have a great opportunity to work alongside with seasoned HR professionals and influence the way we deliver HR support and partnership in Mars Inc.
What are we looking for?
Business Partner and/or COE experience; project management/program management experience
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing project plans
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data analysis to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to lead non direct reporting cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to successful completion
Demonstrated effectiveness with influencing without authority
What will be your key responsibilities?
Design and implement project plans
Ensure timely follow through of all deliverables and milestones
Collaborate with Transformation Office and external vendors
Drive agenda and follow through of PetCare POLT
Act as a gate keeper for projects and decisions of PetCare POLT
Play an orchestration role for all critical priorities of the team
This role reports into Tracey DaCosta, Vice President, Petcare P&O Reimagination.
