*B2B Sales Representative (Hourly + Monthly Bonus) *

As one of the largest apparel decorators in the U.S., we're growing and looking for an Inside B2B Sales Representative to join our on-site team in Zanesville, OH. 

This is a desk-based sales role ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, frequent customer communication, and learning ever-changing product details. Most leads are provided, with the opportunity to pursue additional business for added bonus potential. 

*What You'll Do *

• Manage and grow relationships with business customers via phone and email
• Work primarily with inbound and warm leads.
• Educate customers on our in-house decorating capabilities (screen printing, embroidery, heat transfers, patches, and more) 
• Prepare and manage quotes, pricing, and order details with accuracy 
• Track customer activity, opportunities, and follow-ups in our sales system 
• Respond to customer questions and issues with professionalism and urgency 
• Consistently follow established sales and service processes while looking for opportunities to add value 
• Independently pursue new opportunities when appropriate (not required, but rewarded) 

*What It Takes to Succeed *

• Experience in B2B sales, or related role
• Confidence communicating by phone and email 
• Strong listening skills and the ability to explain products clearly 
• Organization, follow-through, and comfort managing multiple accounts or quotes 
• Willingness to learn technical product details in a manufacturing setting 
• Ability to stay motivated in a consistent, routine-oriented role 
• Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel) 
• Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented demeanor 

Successful reps typically spend their first 90 days learning our products and processes, consistently managing inbound leads, following up on quotes, and building confidence handling customer conversations independently.

Full-time, on-site 

Monday--Friday, 8:00am--5:00pm 

No evenings, weekends, or travel 

*Pay & Perks *

• Starting pay: $18 per hour
• Hourly pay + monthly bonus opportunity. In addition to hourly pay, representatives are eligible for a monthly bonus based on individual performance.
