We are seeking a Services Cluster Manager to join our Regional Services Business Unit.

In this role, you will have P&L responsibility for service operations, execution, and growth within the Services Cluster, by managing teams across multiple Service units in the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania.

This includes ensuring, developing, and maintaining capable resources, as well as implementing tools and processes defined by the EMEA Electrical Services Management.

You will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction with an emphasis on on-time delivery, cost, quality standards.

The role is opened for our office locations in The Netherlands - Hengelo or Zaltbommel.

Travel rate is up to 25% in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Services Cluster Electrical Services business financial (P&L) and operational targets and results.

  • Builds, develops, and manages the Cluster Electrical Services organization, covering service units across multiple countries.

  • Continuously develops organizational capabilities by providing training and filling capability gaps with new talent in collaboration with HR.

  • Implements the highest ethics and EHS (health and safety) standards and fosters a strong safety culture across Service teams in the cluster.

  • Drives operational excellence by maximizing availability, productivity, and efficiency through synergies, resource sharing, and standardization across the cluster.

  • Supports and leverages the EMEA field service engineers pool in coordination with EMEA Service Operations.

  • Implements standard tools and processes across the cluster in line with common EMEA Services directives.

  • Ensures standard work processes, instructions, and guidelines are developed and fully deployed.

  • Develops and deploys service strategies for profitable growth, aligned with EMEA Service organization central functions.

  • Introduces and deploys the standard Services portfolio in the markets, managing go‑to‑market strategies and pricing.

  • Drives a proactive services sales approach across the cluster to deliver maximum customer value and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Manages the life cycle of Electrical products sold in the cluster by recording, maintaining, and tracking installed base data, and maximizing service coverage.

  • Maintains strong collaboration with Sales Zones and Country Sales Organizations by leveraging synergies, developing joint sales strategies, exploring new opportunities, and supporting service marketing activities.

  • Interfaces with key customers to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.

  • Manages authorized service partners across the cluster.

  • Represents the cluster in regular business reviews covering commercial, financial, and operational performance, and reports predefined business and operational KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or Business.

  • Proven general management experience, including P&L responsibility.

  • Experience managing international, multi‑country teams.

  • Technical or field experience in Power Quality (UPS), Power Distribution (LV/MV), or Life Safety solutions is a strong advantage.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong financial and business acumen.

  • Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural organization.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, time‑management, and delegation skills.

  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German is a plus.

  • Readiness to travel in the region.
