U potrazi smo za motiviranom, ambicioznom i odgovornom osobom koja bi se pridružila našem timu na poziciji: Poslovođa servisa (m/ž).

Aktivnosti osobe na ovoj poziciji obuhvaćaju:

• organizacija i kontrola izvršenja poslova servisiranja, održavanja, popravaka i modernizacija dizala i pokretnih stepenica

• planiranje i osiguravanje potrebnog materijala za izvršenje radova

• prijavljivanj privremenih radilišta inspekciji rada

• odgovornost za izvršenje operativnih planova

• organiziranje i kontroliranje mjesečnih servisiranja i održavanja

• kontaktiranje sa strankama u cilju naplate potraživanja

• poduzimanje I predlaganje aktivnosti u cilju naplate sukladno utvrđenim pravilima Društva i odlukama Uprave društva

• pripremanje i podnošenje izvješća o stanju naplate

• odgovornost za provođenje mjera zaštite na radu i izvršenje rada na siguran način

• osiguravanje izvođenja radova sukladno odobrenim metodama i procedurama

• izvršavanje ostalih poslova po nalogu nadređene osobe

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

• SSS tehničke struke

• 2 godine radnog iskustva na istim ili srodnim poslovima

• vozačka dozvola B kategorije

• izražene organizacijske i komunikacijske sposobnosti sposobnosti

• obavezno poznavanje Engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu (B1)

• motiviranost, proaktivnost i ažurnost u obavljanju svakodnevnih poslova

• Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Outlook
