Essential duties and responsibilitiesmayinclude, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responds to routine telephone requests which have standard answers; refers calls, visitors and incoming correspondence to appropriate staff.
- May compose, edit, type, duplicate and proof correspondence, reports and other confidential documents.
- Maintains accurate office records, including, but not limited to, employee and/or student absence records, purchase requisitions, statistical information and travel requests.
- Performs other related duties as required by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Shall have knowledge of business English, spelling, math, modern office equipment, business practices and procedures and software applications.
- Shall have the ability to work and communicate effectively with community, Board, students and staff members.
- Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently preferred.
