Job Description
Own end-to-end requirement analysis and management for VCU applications integrated into the controller, ensuring full functional delivery.
Define VCU system integration strategies, including platform-based adaptation and vehicle-specific differentiated integration and development approaches.
Interface with external customers for requirement input, alignment, and change management; decompose and translate requirements into internal specifications, including functional requirements, electrical specifications, interfaces, communication protocols, diagnostics, and other hardware/software requirements for R&D teams.
Analyze and resolve VCU system integration–related issues; perform root cause analysis and enable the integration team to efficiently troubleshoot and close issues.
Support the technical manager in project team coordination, management activities, and post-project reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in automotive electronics software development.
Experience in development and integration of chassis domain controllers.
Proficient in commonly used automotive development tools, including but not limited to CANoe, CANape, MATLAB, and AUTOSAR development tools.
Solid understanding of automotive project management practices and development processes.
Familiar with requirement management workflows and capable of independently preparing related technical documentation.
Good knowledge of automotive communication protocols, including CAN, LIN, and UDS.
Strong English & Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Good communication skills and strong ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
