Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform general and scheduled maintenance on buildings, grounds, and equipment. The position involves troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding equipment related to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and hydraulics, using methods such as welding, soldering, wiring, fabricating, and painting. The role requires working an 8-12 hour day starting between 6am and 7am, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, and electrical systems, as well as lift trucks and cranes.
Operate cutting torches and welders.
Diagnose and repair various types of equipment including hydraulics and pneumatics.
Troubleshoot and repair machines on-site.
Fabricate replacement parts, machine guards, replace motors, tear down or replace pumps, and maintain fluid collection or distribution equipment.
Repair electro-mechanical equipment and replace damaged electrical components.
Document preventative and repair maintenance activities.
Maintain work area in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Skills
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience repairing pumps, motors, gearboxes, 480v, and 3-phase motors.
Preventive maintenance and industrial maintenance expertise.
Skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, PLC troubleshooting, automation, ladder logic, PLC control, and electrical troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work in a cold, loud, dirty, and older shop environment.
Strong documentation skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
