Based in theCharleston, SC to Savannah, GAregion, this full-time, field-based position travels daily to service residential and commercial jobsites, supporting installations, repairs, and warranty issues. Your expertise and professionalism ensure every project meets the highest standards and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do
- Perform field repairs on scratches, chips, and stains
- Make seam and installation adjustments as needed
- Modify cutouts for appliances, sinks, faucets, and accessories
- Troubleshoot construction, renovation, and installation challenges
- Maintain finished areas meticulously clean and professional
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, even in challenging situations
- Take photos to accurately document work and adjustments
- Collaborate with builder warranty managers to build positive relationships and outcomes
What Were Looking For
- Must be21 years of age or olderwith a valid drivers license
- 3-7 years of construction, service, or installation experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, builders, and teammates
- Organized, timely, and able to manage multiple appointments efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mobile, field-based environment
- Physically able to perform tasks including stooping, crouching, lifting up to 100 lbs, and repetitive motions
Physical and Work Environment
- Field-based work traveling daily to jobsites
- Work primarily from a company vehicle for efficiency
- Exposure to construction, renovation, and installation environments
- Maintain professional appearance and follow all safety requirements, including PPE and hard hats
- Utilize laptop and phone camera to document and communicate effectively
