What Youll Do
As a Saw Operator, youll play a key role in our production process by:
Operating and maintaining BACA saw machines
Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
Setting up jobs, including tooling and program selection
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards
Working closely with your team to meet production goals
Performing basic preventative maintenance on equipment
What Were Looking For
Must be at least 18 years old
No experience requiredwell train you
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive, problem-solving mindset
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Physical and Work Environment
This is an active, hands-on role that includes:
Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
Lifting up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
Working in a production environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures
Using equipment such as vacuum lifts and wearing required safety gear
