What Youll Do

  • As a Production Coordinator, youll be the key link between departments, helping ensure a smooth and efficient production flow by:
  • Partnering with scheduling to understand daily production goals and priorities
  • Coordinating workflow between departments to keep jobs moving on time
  • Monitoring job progress and communicating updates, delays, or issues
  • Ensuring teams have the materials, tools, and information needed for success
  • Tracking job completion and helping prioritize workloads
  • Communicating with first shift leadership on job status and next-day needs
  • Organizing production queues and work areas for maximum efficiency
  • Supporting inventory awareness and communicating supply needs
  • Maintaining accurate production documentation and reporting
  • Promoting and enforcing safety, quality, and operational standards

What Were Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs
  • Positive, team-focused mindset

Physical and Work Environment

This role includes:

  • Standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout your shift
  • Lifting up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
  • Working in a production environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures
  • Exposure to shop elements such as fumes, odors, and humidity
  • Use of equipment and required PPE including safety shoes, glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
