Job Title: Tubing Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Tubing Mechanic to join our team, working a regular shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential overtime extending to 4:40 PM. This role involves laying out stainless steel tubing runs to fit compressor package connections accurately.
Responsibilities
Lay out stainless steel tubing runs to fit compressor package connections accurately.
Cut tubing to required lengths using hand tools.
Bead, burr, flare, and deburr tubing to ensure proper fit and finish.
Bend tubing by hand using bending tools to meet required routing specifications.
Install tubing onto compressor packages using appropriate fittings and secure as required.
Inspect and verify all tubing connections for accuracy and quality.
Perform air testing on all tubing runs to confirm integrity and leak-free performance.
Follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly documentation closely.
Work alongside assembly and mechanical teams during training and ramp-up.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
