Summary Of Position
Teach and support undergraduate nursing students in both clinical and laboratory settings by supervising hands-on learning experiences and guiding the development of essential nursing skills. Responsibilities include facilitating simulation scenarios that strengthen clinical reasoning and decision making, evaluating student performance, and providing timely, constructive feedback to promote growth. Additional duties involve grading weekly assignments and clinical documentation, ensuring that students effectively integrate classroom theory into practice while maintaining a safe, supportive, and high-quality learning environment.
Position Information
Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students in a timely manner. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university provided tools and resources.

*Work Schedule: *Typically, Monday through Friday. Teaching assignments may be remote or at various locations.

Qualifications and Competencies
Required Certifications, Training, and/or Licensures:Unencumbered, active Ohio Registered Nurse license (RN) at the time of employment.
*Sponsorship and/or Work Authorization Status: *Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Minimum Qualifications: *At least a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited university; unencumbered Ohio Registered Nurse license (RN); and at least two or more years of experience as a practicing registered nurse. *Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
