Cocca's Pizza General Manager in Youngstown, Ohio
Cocca's Pizza is seeking to hire a General Manager to work in the kitchen and lead the team on day-to-day operations!
Duties:
Professionally presenting self and holding team to company standards
Responsible for cash control, opening and closing paperwork
Responsible for managing 1-15 employees during a working shift
Responsible for food prep, pizza making, pizza cooking, and execution of deliveries and prompt food service.
QSC - Quality, Service, Cleanliness
Teamwork - Must have proper communication skills and be able to lead a team by example and delegation
Make sure staff are executing duties properly and diligently
Thrive in a fast-paced work environment - work in kitchen during big rushes to help team succeed
Must be able to use a POS system (will be trained to use our system)
Open or close store as needed
Customer service - Our customers are so very important and dear to us. Without them, we wouldn't be here! They are a part of the family, too.
General Managers must be friendly and respectful, warmly greet customers, identify the needs of customers, and identify and resolve customer problems or issues
Ensure the safety and security of Cocca's Pizza property, employees and customers
Communicate well with District Managers, they are here to help!
Additional Details:
Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Hourly Wage: $11.00 - $20.00
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must have reliable transportation, and use own car
Must be able to pass a Driving Record Check, Reference Check, Drug Test, and Background Check
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Kitchen experience with a pizza background preferred
