Robert Half Full Charge Bookkeeper in Youngstown, Ohio
Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to oversee financial operations and office management in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Conduct thorough account and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and assist with tax-related compliance tasks.
• Manage office operations, including inventory and supply coordination.
• Supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
• Provide technical accounting support and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Utilize Sage software for bookkeeping tasks and financial analysis.
• Work two Saturdays per month to meet operational requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and ensure compliance. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Sage accounting software and 10-key typing.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work two Saturdays per month for overtime hours.
