Lithography Press Operator
Setting up and operating lithographic printing presses for steel processing company. Duties include: installing printing plates, adjusting feed guides, and mixing inks according to formula.
Monitoring production runs, ensuring that plates, inks, and substrates are properly aligned and calibrated for each print job.
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs: This includes troubleshooting any operational issues and maintaining the equipment to minimize downtime.
Collaborating with production team, ensuring that print specifications and production deadlines are met.
Documenting production processes: Keeping accurate records of print jobs and materials used is essential for quality control.
The role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and experience with steel lithography press calibration. It also demands constant attention to detail to avoid costly errors in the printing process.
