Aerotek Weekend PM Production Worker in YORK, Pennsylvania
Production Worker – Weekend Shift
Schedule
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 12‑hour PM shifts
Training required on 1st shift (Monday–Thursday) before moving to weekends
Job Duties
Work on the production floor assembling and preparing coils
Stack tubes and fins based on work orders
Measure and check product quality
Prepare units for pressure testing and record results
Load coils for brazing and install fittings as needed
Operate basic production equipment
Keep work area clean and safe
Follow all safety and company rules
Requirements
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
2+ years of general labor or production experience
2+ years sit‑down forklift experience (certification provided)
High School Diploma or GED
Reliable attendance
Nice to Have
Manufacturing or assembly experience
Forklift, machine operation, shipping, or packaging experience
Work Environment
- Manufacturing / production setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of YORK, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $23.80/hr.
