Job Title: Spot Welder
4x10 hour days on 1st - Monday to Thursday +OT on fridays
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.75/hr.
Job Description
Will be tasked with completing a variety of tasks in the manufacturing of metal assemblies.
Mechanical assembly of parts using hand and power tools
Quality inspection of materials
Operating a spot welding machine
Responsibilities include locking and securing parts in fixtures, operating the machine, quality inspection of welded parts, packaging, problem-solving issues
Entering data into the ERP tracking system on the computer
Responsibilities
Operate a spot welding machine to weld parts together.
Lock and secure parts in fixtures before welding.
Perform quality inspections on welded parts.
Package finished parts for shipment.
Solve problems related to welding operations.
Enter finished materials into the ERP tracking system.
Essential Skills
Ability to problem solve issues.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
Basic math skills.
Understanding of welding and ability to identify quality welds.
Basic computer skills.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.75/hr.
