UG Plast Production Supervisor in York, Pennsylvania
Supervise and coordinate production activities and resources for manufacturing polycarbonate solid and twin-wall, polypropylene twin-wall, acrylic, and PET-G sheets in line with quality and quantity standards. Inspect materials, products, and equipment to identify defects or malfunctions and ensure compliance with quality specifications. Maintain production-tracking and quality-control systems, analyzing data to detect operational issues. Prepare reports on productivity, efficiency, and system performance, maintaining accurate time and production records. Work with
technical staff to resolve production problems and support continuous process improvement. Train employees and address personnel concerns or grievances to maintain effective operations. Recommend equipment maintenance or replacement to support reliable and uninterrupted production.
