A leading industrial client is seeking a Night Shift Packer to support packaging operations. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, dependable, and team‑focused.
Job Title: Packer Night Shift
Location: York, PA
Pay Range:$19.00
Shift: Night Shift (6:42pm - 7:00am) 12 Hour shifts & Work every other Weekend
What's the Job?
Understand, follow, and enforce all safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies and procedures.
Visually inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow written packing instructions accurately and efficiently.
Notify supervisors or leads of potential issues with finished products or machinery.
Assist with rework and held products to ensure timely and effective completion.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 1 year of experience in packaging or industrial packing roles.
Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
