Job Title: ARx Machine Operator

What You’ll Do
Operate production machinery to create adhesive and medical products
Train thoroughly on all policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure safe, compliant operation.
Perform primary and secondary packaging, material handling, and cleaning/sanitization tasks.
Conduct in‑process sampling, inspections, and testing as required.
Follow all documented procedures, including Quality Procedures, Manufacturing Procedures, Batch Records, and planned deviations.
Operate in full compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing .
Complete all production paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
Seek assistance from Technical Operators or Supervisors whenever questions or unexpected issues arise.
Essential Skills
Basic mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem‑solving ability.
Ability to read work orders, follow written instructions, and work with numbers.
Familiarity with manufacturing or machine operation.
Ability to measure accurately, including using tape measures.
Basic computer skills (a plus).
Work Environment
- Our ARx facility offers a clean, bright, near-clean-room environment with strong emphasis on safety, communication, and teamwork. The work pace is steady but not overwhelming, allowing employees to focus on quality and accuracy. Candidates should be comfortable with the adhesive-related odors common in this part of production.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.10/hr.
