Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker for our 2nd shift and weekend day shifts. The role involves tube stacking, machine operation, and monitoring product specifications. Responsibilities include assisting with packing, pallet preparation, and operating manual lifts. The production associate will also handle packaging, crating, and shipping heat exchangers and coils to clients, alongside building crates and boxes, and printing shipping labels.
Responsibilities
Perform tube stacking and machine operation.
Measure and monitor product specifications.
Assist with packing and prepping pallets.
Package, crate, and ship heat exchangers and coils.
Build crates and boxes for shipping.
Print shipping labels.
Operate manual lifts and forklifts.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
2+ years of general labor experience.
Verified good attendance record.
2+ years of sit-down forklift experience (certification provided).
High School Diploma or GED.

Work Environment
The work environment is a relatively clean coil/heat exchanger manufacturing facility, though there is some dirt. It is hot in the summer and cool in the winter. The dress code includes jeans and a t-shirt. The first shift operates from Mon-Thu 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, the second shift from Mon-Thu 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, with weekend days from Fri-Sun 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Training may occur on the first or second shift as needed. Weekend shifts offer the benefit of working 36 hours while being paid for 40.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $21.80/hr.
