General Production Worker – 2nd Shift & Weekend Day Shift
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable, hands-on General Production Workers to support manufacturing operations for coils and heat exchangers. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy fast-paced, physical work and want a consistent schedule with shift premiums— especially our Weekend Day Shift , which offers pay for 40 hours while working 36.
Available Shifts (Highlighted)
2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday – Thursday
Hours: 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
Benefits: Four 10-hour days with Fridays off
Weekend Day Shift
Schedule: Friday – Sunday
Hours: 5:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Pay Advantage: Paid for 40 hours while working only 36
Note: All new hires must complete initial training on 1st shift . Additional training on 2nd shift may be required depending on the role.
Key Responsibilities
Stack tubes and operate production machinery according to specifications
Measure and monitor product quality throughout production
Package finished products and prepare pallets for shipment
Build crates and boxes for coils and heat exchangers
Print and apply shipping labels; prep orders for outbound shipment
Operate manual lifts and sit-down forklifts to move materials safely
Support general labor and production tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety, quality, and work instruction standards
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Required Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
2+ years of general labor or production experience
2+ years of sit-down forklift experience (certification provided)
Proven attendance reliability (reference-verified)
High school diploma or GED
Experience with packaging and shipping in a production or warehouse setting
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing experience with coils, heat exchangers, or similar products
Background in assembly or warehouse operations
Experience using manual lifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment
Familiarity with crate and box construction for industrial shipping
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $21.80/hr.
