Job Title: General Laborer Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team at the Loucks Mill Road location. This role involves a variety of labor tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, cleaning, using a wheelbarrow, and cleaning machinery and dies. Air tools and air chisels are primarily used for these tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform various labor tasks including sweeping, shoveling, and cleaning.
Carry and use wheelbarrows for transporting materials.
Clean and maintain machinery and dies using air tools and air chisels.
Remove excess materials from the floor and clean up trash along the streets.
Essential Skills
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand, power, and air tools.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs multiple times per shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with machine and forklift operation is beneficial.
Experience working with concrete and concrete forms.

Work Environment
The work environment is dusty and dirty, with loud machinery. It is essentially an outdoor setting, although in the cold months, the garage doors are closed to retain heat. Expect to get dirty throughout the day. The team consists of 8 employees running on a single shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
