Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assemblers for the 3rd shift. This role involves the general manufacturing and mechanical assembly of Harley Davidson parts. Candidates should be willing to work mandatory shift extensions on scheduled days off, with the possibility of extending day shifts by up to two hours after and night shifts by up to two hours before. Successful applicants will work in a production environment, utilizing hand tools and following detailed assembly instructions to perform repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly of Harley Davidson parts such as saddlebags, handlebars, inner fairings, mirrors, and wheel/tires.
Utilize RF Scan guns to scan products throughout the assembly process.
Follow detailed assembly instructions and perform repetitious tasks efficiently.
Work collaboratively in a team environment and complete tasks within designated cells.
Adapt to shift changes and mandatory shift extensions as required.
Essential Skills
Experience with assembly and hand tools.
Ability to operate RF Scan guns.
Comfortable working in a production environment.
Capable of standing for up to 10 hours during the workday.

Work Environment
The work environment is structured into cells where sub-assembly of parts is performed. It is a fast-paced setting, requiring standing for the entire shift. The facility is not climate-controlled, with fans available during summer and cooler conditions near dock doors in winter. Safety glasses are provided, and a strict dress code requires regular clothing and closed-toe shoes. This is a unionized environment, and candidates will be expected to pay union dues.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.53 - $19.53/hr.
