Line Production Supervisor – Drive Safety, Quality & Team Success!

Pay Rate: $33+ per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays

Assignment Length: Direct-Hire

We’re hiring an experienced Line Production Supervisor for our client in York, Maine! This is an exciting leadership role on 2nd shift with a well‑regarded, award‑winning manufacturer. This position pays $33+ per hour and is a direct‑hire opportunity offering a full benefits package.

Typical daily duties:

• Oversee efficient operation of manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity

• Develop and train staff through coaching and mentorship

• Ensure production schedules and efficiency goals are achieved

• Build and lead a cohesive, high-performing team

• Enforce company policies related to safety, quality, and equipment maintenance

What we’re looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Manufacturing supervisory experience

• Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs daily, stand for long periods, and operate pallet jacks/forklifts

• Microsoft Office & Excel experience preferred
