Description We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Yonkers, New York. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term employment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by directing inbound calls to appropriate departments promptly.
• Maintain an organized front desk area while handling reception duties.
• Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments as needed.
• Support administrative functions such as data entry and filing.
• Collaborate with team members to address inquiries and resolve minor issues.
• Monitor and order office supplies to ensure an efficient workspace.
• Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information. Requirements • Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with basic office software applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented approach and customer service skills.
