ASI Group is seeking a B2B CUSTOMER SERVICE /INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to work in our corporate headquarters in Yonkers.
We are seeking a friendly, positive, up-beat individual who will proactively:
Service existing accounts, process orders and respond promptly to customer inquiries Provide pricing and delivery information Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers Organize work flow to meet customer timeframes Provide outstanding customer service support to better service customers and improve business performance Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and route requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate source Maintain broad knowledge of products and services Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries Participate in meetings and activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance Assist in developing and maintaining long term relationships with customers to promote repeat business Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Other duties as assigned In order to succeed, you will need:
Prior BUSINESS TO BUSINESS Customer Service Experience is a MUST Computer literacy with the ability to learn and understand computer programs Knowledge of use and functions of general office equipment such as copiers, phones and printers Excellent phone demeanor Command of the English language including reading, writing and spelling Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
