担当事業部門に関して、国内事業部 および本社財務部門(コントローリング)と連携して財務目標設定、実績進捗管理・分析・報告
月次決算（Actual）
年次決算見通し（Bottom-up Forecast）
年次予算策定(Budget)
移転価格および標準原価計算（SAP への設定・入力）
年次在庫棚卸：Supply Cain Management部門 と連携
財務関連の承認業務
他、各種財務業務
P&L(売上 ,原価/経費, 利益), BS (在庫,AR,AP他)及びキャッシュフローに関する管理・分析・改善
売上差異分析: 年次価格低減、為替差異、及び材料市場価格変動等
品質不良（不適合）コスト: 不良品選別費用、製品求償費用
Supply Chain関係: 物流費 (Premium輸送費,外部倉庫費用等), 在庫(回転率と廃棄）
部門費: 開発費、各種経費 （旅費、外部サービス、研修・採用、コミュニケーション、保守など全コスト）
プロセス改善の推進
新たな財務要件への対応・導入
業務プロセスについてのAutomation推進
Qualifications
■ 学歴 / 資格
金融・会計関連の学士号（Bachelor’s Degree in Finance）
MBA （歓迎）
USCPA または同等資格（歓迎）
TOEIC 800 点以上
■ 職務経験
コントローリング（管理会計・FP＆A）業務の実務経験 5年以上
工場（プラント）コントローリングの経験があれば尚可
■ プロジェクト / プロセス経験
チームワークスキル
プロジェクトマネジメント経験（歓迎）
業務プロセスの定義・導入経験（歓迎）
■ リーダーシップ経験
プロジェクトや小規模な機能チームのリード経験
■ 国際 / 異文化経験
国際的な環境での勤務経験
■ オートメーションツールへの学習意欲
Power BI、UiPath、NKIME などの自動化ツールの習得に意欲があること
