Seeking detail-oriented assembly technicians in Yale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling brackets, components/products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process. Responsibilities: -Assembly of products accurately and efficiently -Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards -utilize hand tools in assembly process -work closely with team members to ensure timely completion of production goals -maintain accurate records of production and assembly processes -adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Required skills: -high school diploma or equivalent -previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles -proficient in using hand tools -strong attention to detail -effective communication skills -ability to lift up to 30 pounds
