FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Day Position Summary The Materials Management Distributor is responsible for processing supply requisitions, exchanging and restocking supply cars, and assisting in the storeroom as directed. Responsibilities Delivers supplies to receiving department, including general service supplies; organizes and cleans dock, direct charges, etc. Exchanges, restocks, updates and cleans supply carts in accordance with schedule Processes floor requisitions verifying all appropriate documents are complete and correct Maintains floor stock in specified areas, as well as stocks and stickers all store room supplies, keeping storeroom aisles clear and clean Performs and records quality assurance functions as necessary, including low supply list, notifies departments when out of supplies and offer substitutions Assists with annual inventory as directed; assists other team members as requested. Processes outgoing mail, issues and credits, scans carts and generates pick and pull lists via Material Management Info System and department process and policies Assists in maintaining adequate stock setting par levels, reorder points, etc. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent required Customer service experience required One year of experience in hospital or medical facility storeroom preferred About Yakima Memorial Hospital MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital has served the Yakima Valley since 1950.
