MultiCare Health System Clinical Technology Management Analyst in Yakima, Washington

FTE: 1, Shift: Day, Schedule: 8:00AM-4:30PM Position Summary The Clinical Technology Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on clinical equipment, ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and regulatory standards. They diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clinical devices, collaborating with both technical and clinical teams and adhering to IS&T security protocols. The role requires the ability to work independently in complex environments and foster effective communication between departments. Responsibilities Diagnoses faults and performs corrective action on all equipment in a specified area, modifying test procedures when necessary Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments, with both technical and clinical groups internally and externally Work with IS&T department staff to facilitate better communication between departments Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network/system issues as applicable to clinical devices Adhere to IS&T security standards and regulations to uphold the integrity of the organization. In-depth understanding of common clinical terminology as well as that of life sciences such as anatomy and physiology Demonstrates flexibility to perform on-call duties as scheduled and respond promptly when required Knowledge of troubleshooting electronics both Analog and Digital Requirements Two years of vocational or college training in Clinical Electronics Technology, or four years' recent experience in electronics Minimum two years' experience of relevant experience in fields such as Hospital or clinical setting Clinical manufacturer or Service provider Military training on clinical equipment or electronics About Yakima Memorial Hospital MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital has served the Yakima Valley since 1950.
