工作职责:
1、根据公司智能制造战略以及中长期的目标规划，分析各生产车间智能化需求； 2、负责公司智能数字化相关总体规划、设计与实施；
3、识别当前生产流程中的自动化改进机会，减少浪费；
4、公司内部智能化相关信息化、自动化规划设计与推进，推动智能制造项目在全公司的推广落实；
5、参与设备整体的智能规划、模拟、优化、自动化升级改造等项目；
6、根据精益生产的原则和不同部门之间展开工作，持续改进；
7、监控和跟踪项目进度并汇报给管理层；
8、供应商管理：日常针对自动化/机器人供应商沟通及管理；
9、产线异常处理自动化：负责分析和维护自动化设备运行中的设备故障；
10、新产品维护：根据新产品的特性，在现有的自动化设备实现自动化；
11、工作特性：需要有积极的学习心态，主动性以及抗压能力。
任职要求:
1、电气工程或机械工程自动化/人工智能相关本科及以上学位；
2、熟悉操作AutoCAD及3D设计软件和工厂模拟、PLC 编程； 3，具备智能制造方面的技术基础，熟悉视觉系统，软件编程；
4、工作经验：具有较强的学习能力、研究分析能力及技术文档编写能力，对产品、设备、流程、软件有较强的认知力，具有较强的团队协作与沟通能力，有智能制造相关工作经验优先； 5、具有项目管理经验，如果您有项目负责人和领导不同部门团队的经验，那将是一个加分项 ； 6、具备精益制造知识；
7、具有良好的英语读、听、说能力者优先。
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
