IHG 迎宾员（全日餐厅）Hostess / Host（ADD） in Xiangyang, China
1.负责全日餐厅宾客的迎送接待工作，提供礼貌、高效、专业的到店服务； 2.根据预订及现场情况合理安排宾客就座，控制座位区域使用，提升翻台效率； 3.准确完成宾客用餐后的结账收银工作，包括现金、移动支付及银行卡结算，确保账目清晰无误； 4.妥善保管营业款项，每日按时完成对账与交接，遵守财务操作规范； 5.解答宾客关于菜单、价格、促销活动等咨询，协助处理简单投诉并及时上报； 6.保持迎宾区与收银台区域整洁有序，维护企业形象与服务标准。
1.相关服务经验优先，有一定的服务意识，任何时候保持良好的仪容仪表； 2.具备自我激励的能力； 3.具备与各级团队成员的沟通能力，监督和激励员工。
