IHG 拉面学徒 Lamian Chef in Xiangyang, China
1.在拉面师傅指导下参与兰州牛肉面制作全流程，包括汤料熬制、面条和面/拉制/煮制、配菜准备及标准化出品； 2.负责后厨食材初加工、餐具清洗、操作区域清洁消毒及设备日常维护，严格执行食品安全与卫生管理规范； 3.配合门店运营节奏，完成备餐、出餐辅助及收尾工作，保障出品效率与品质稳定。
1.身体健康，无国家规定的传染性疾病，具备餐饮行业从业基础； 2.具有半年及以上兰州拉面实操经验，熟悉基本刀工、火候控制及面食制作常识者优先； 3.吃苦耐劳，责任心强，具备良好学习能力与团队协作意识；
