Value Proposition & Role objective

Partnership with OT leadership team to drive SVC business growth through implementing overall people strategy in an effective and efficient way, manage complex issues with HR expertise, ensure organization efficiency by developing different HR programs aligning with business strategy meanwhile ensuring compliance in HR policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

1. Organizational effectiveness & Talent Development

•Drive OT organizational effectiveness and employee productivity

•Lead and support organization transformation initiatives.

•Drive talent development, be able to identify high-potential talents, implement succession planning and design talent development plan for key talents to meet current and future business needs.

•Drive high performance culture, facilitate performance management process.

2 . Employee Engagement & Culture Advocate

•Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement improvement.

•Develop action plans from the results of employee survey and ensure the action plan is implemented in an effective approach to drive employee engagement.

•Facilitate OTIS culture cultivation as company culture advocate

3 . Workforce planning, HC management & Talent Acquisition

•Conduct workforce planning, employee productivity analysis, make sure employees’ productivity continuous improvement.

•Take ownership of headcount and employment cost management, allocate resources effectively based on business status and employee productivity.

4 . ER & Others

•Coach line managers on people management skills and leadership development.

•Handle employee relations cases, disputes, employee ethics and compliance cases.

Qualification(Education, Woking Experience, P&L Exposure):

•Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA preferred

•Experience: At least 10 years of working experience and solid HRBP experience

•Solid knowledge of China labor law and regulations related
