IHG 公区副经理 in Xi'an, China
- 负责公共区域（如大堂、电梯厅、走廊、卫生间、停车场、酒店园林等）的日常运营与现场管理，保障环境整洁、设施完好、秩序有序；
- 统筹公区服务团队排班、培训与绩效管理，提升服务响应效率与客户满意度；
- 监督保洁、园林维保等外包单位履约情况，协调处理现场突发问题，落实安全与品质管控要求；
- 执行能耗管理、物料管控及成本控制措施，定期提交运行分析报告；
配合酒店预订服务中心、前台、餐厅及宴会完成客户诉求响应、重大活动保障及专项提升工作。
具有2年及以上酒店公共区域管理相关工作经验；
- 持有中等职业教育学历（中专、技校或职高），专业不限；
- 熟悉物业管理基础法规及公区服务标准，具备基础沟通协调与应急处置能力；
- 责任心强，具备良好的服务意识、团队协作精神和执行力；
- 能适应轮班制工作安排，无就业歧视性限制条件。
