We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
• Design and develop platform capabilities that span AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud (Ali) environments, enabling seamless cloud and on-premise AI deployments.
• Design and development of a core platform component—AI Gateway—delivering high-concurrency, low-latency AI gateway services.
• Ensure strict adherence to architectural principles, technical standards, security requirements, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues, ensuring successful, high-quality, and resilient AI services in production.
• Establish best practices for engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, service monitoring, etc., and drive continual improvement of engineering processes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in engineering role focusing on large scale platform projects.
• Proven expertise in AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud, with advanced hands-on experience in Kubernetes networking, scaling, and deployment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway is highly preferred, along with familiarity with other platforms such as Portkey-AI, APISIX, or Higress.
• Deep proficiency in Golang for building high-performance, concurrent backend services, and strong Python skills for seamless AI/ML integration.
• Solid experience with distributed messaging and event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub), with the ability to design highly available architectures.
• Experience implementing Responsible AI controls, data governance, or compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of delivering mission-critical platform projects from concept to production.
