What you’ll do:

1. Complete NPD tasks & techncial support sales and marketing

2. Deliver NPD tasks or NPD sub-projects with guidance and supervision;

3. Customizations capibility;

4. Product design and verificiation;

5. Technical documentations for applying certifictaion;

6. Provide for engineering support for sales and marketing:

7. Other tasks leader assigned

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, master is preferred. Mechanical or Electric Engineering background;

2. 3-5 years or above electrical, mechanical engineering design experiences

3. Be familiar with using 3D software, such as Inventor or Solidworks, and Autocad;

4. Technical foundation in fuse and/or related products and applications;

5. Matrix management (product performance, manufacturability & cost);

6. Communications;

7. Continuous improvement mindset;

8. Data based decision making;

9. Certain English skill on oral and writing
