Job description

Job Overview

• Reporting Directly to the General Manager (GM), fully responsible and accountable for all Commercial aspects of XIESA including but not limited to Customer Support, Sales, Legal and Customer Service.

• Located at XIESA facility in Xi'an China

Job Responsibilities:

• Member of XIESA site leadership team, this team includes the GM and XIESA's other Directors.

• Director for the existing Customer Services Department. Ensuring customer satisfaction and correct execution of the contract, problem resolution and good communications between XIESA and their customers

• Lead the Sales for XIESA as per worksplit with Safran's (50% Shareholder) Asia Pacific region Sales team for the Sales part of this role (services, Systems & Equipments, Pieces parts,).

• Focal point for Safran's (50% Shareholder) Asia Pacific region Sales team for Major Bid preparation, contracts hand over, S&OP global volumes update, budgetting

• Lead all legal aspects for XIESA, including contract management, liaising with legal teams from Safran, CEA, XIESA's local legal team and the customers. Ensuring all contracts, agreements etc. are reviewed, compliant and take care of the best interests of XIESA.

• Other duties as may be assigned by the GM

Candidate skills & requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree at least in a Commercial related field.

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.

• Leader of teams of people

• Excellent Communication skills

• Thorough and diligent

Professional Experience

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience at least in Commercial Related Field

• At least 5 years experience within Aerospace

• Worked on and negotiated contracts

• Worked directly with customers

• Led teams of staff

• Worked within China

• Worked with Sales, Commercial and Legal teams

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

• Fluent Mandarin and English language in written and spoken

• Understanding of the structure of Agreements and Contracts preferred though not mandatory.
