通过准备食品，布置餐厅，准备餐饮设备，管理客房小酒吧和服务准备等支持工作来协助餐饮服务队伍的工作 Supports the Food and Beverage Service team by performing support duties including mise en place of food preparation, set up of functions, set up of food and beverage equipment, mini bar operations and assisting with the preparation of service 为客人提供快速热情的餐饮服务，根据设定的标准确保餐饮外观的质量 Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards 按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的餐饮服务 Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures 与上级领导交流有关疑难，客人意见和其它相关信息 Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information 与员工建立并保持良好的工作关系 Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships 参加和参与每日的例会和其它计划好的会议 Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled 参加和参与计划好的培训课程 Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled 确保部门的以下各项工作就绪为客人提供服务： Prepares for service by ensuring: 遵守洲际酒店集团的个人仪表仪容规范著装无可挑剔 Grooming is impeccable and in accordance with ICHG personal presentation standards 设备干净 Outlet equipment is clean 设备分类且存放好 Equipment is sorted and stored 玻璃器皿擦亮 Glassware is polished 擦亮餐具 Flatware is polished 清洁瓷器 China is clean 准备好服务台 Waiter stations are prepared
